David Bradley was by far the most helpful salesperson with whom I had contact in my process of making a purchasing decision. The manager was also outstanding in providing customer service. If you could get the rest of the GM sales force up to this caliber, you'd have something going. These guys found me the vehicle I wanted up in Delano, then made me a good deal on a truck they had which I probably like even better than the one I intended to buy. Follow-up has been great so far. I wish I could remember David Bradley's manager's name (Eric or Evan?) because he and David should train others in how GM could work as a cohesive team instead of blowing off people who want a vehicle that is not easy to find.
