            Prior to leaving the showroom Andrea and I looked for you but we weren’t able to locate you as we wanted to extend our gratitude for all of your assistance.  You promised that you would have our Acadia transported from the Dealership in Arizona and that you would pay for the rental car.  You delivered and you’re a man of your word.  In addition to these actions you sat with us and listened to our frustrations and complaints.  Clearly you not only heard what we were saying but it was clear that you had listened to these words.  It is apparent in today’s business world that there are many people that will hear what you have to say but far fewer that actually listen.

            After Andrea and I left the dealership and continuing into today we have stated several times to each other that we are extremely pleased with the end result.
